Background:

Mr. Kreidie’s experience spans more than twenty-five years of comprehensive security management services. The majority of his work has involved analysis of potential threats and the design of appropriate defensive strategies in commercial, industrial, retail, institutional and government environments. Mr. Kreidie is a Premises Security Liability Expert and has provided Expert Witness/Forensic & Litigation Support. He has provided security risk mitigation services (risk assessments) and security program design in response to its crisis management, crime prevention; foreseeability studies, adequacy of security, security awareness, crowd control, fraud prevention and the development of security management training and orientation of loss prevention curricula.

 

         

 

New Jersey Security Officer Registration Act ("SORA")

In May, 2006, Hamid Kreidie was named to be among the first certified security officer instructors by N.J.S.A. 45:19A-1 to 45:19A-12, the Security Officer Registration Act ("SORA"). The most significant changes regarding SORA and the associated regulations are the requirements that all security officers (guards) who will work in the State of New Jersey attend a 24-hour education and training course given by the certified security officer instructors. Mr. Kreidie, in order to qualify as a SORA certified security office instructor, was required to undergo additional 40 hours of training and testing by the New Jersey State Police. This certification must be renewed every two years. Mr. Kreidie has already been re-certified twice.
